Shipping Information

At BoldShirt™, we understand how important it is for your special gifts to arrive safely and promptly. That’s why we offer reliable shipping options with tracking numbers, allowing you to easily follow your package from our door to yours.

International Standard Shipping

We ship worldwide using affordable, reliable services through Priority Mail International. After placing your order, please allow 3-6 business days for processing. Shipping usually takes between 3-12 business days, depending on your location.

Important Shipping Information:

  • No deliveries on Sundays or major holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in different countries, so specific delivery dates can’t be guaranteed.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, BoldShirt™ cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If you encounter any tracking or delivery issues, please first reach out directly to the shipping carrier. You may also file a complaint or investigation request with them if necessary.

In some situations, we may require a signature upon delivery, depending on your order’s total value.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with your tracking number. Use this tracking number to conveniently monitor the journey of your special gift right to your doorstep.

Tracking Info Not Showing?

Sometimes, tracking won’t update right away — it can take a few days after the label is created for the carrier to scan the package. It’s normal if tracking looks “blank” for up to a week.

If it’s been over 7 days since you got your tracking link and there’s still no update, please contact us and we’ll help check it out.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may not be able to deliver the package.

In most cases, the shipment will not be returned to us, but instead will be held, redirected, or disposed of by the carrier according to their policy. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Once production has started, we cannot change your shipping address. If you need to make an update, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

Also note: If you contact the carrier directly to reroute your order after it ships, Bold Shirt is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BoldShirt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Damages

BoldShirt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
