While we don’t accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we’re always here to make things right if something’s not as it should be — no questions, no hassle, and no need to send anything back.
We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may no longer be able to process refunds or exchanges — but you’re always welcome to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
When We Can Help
If your order isn’t quite right — and the issue is due to a mistake on our part — we’re happy to offer a free replacement, no return needed.
Here’s what qualifies:
- The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracks, faulty assembly, print imperfections)
- The design, photo, or text is different from your approved order
- You received the wrong item in terms of size, color, or design
- The item’s size is clearly off compared to the sizing chart we provided
Note: We highly recommend adding Shipping Insurance to protect your order. It covers a free replacement if your item is damaged or lost in transit. Without it, we may not be able to replace items affected by shipping-related issues beyond our control.
How to Report an Issue
If something’s wrong, please email us at sam@boldshirt.com within 7 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve things quickly, include:
- Your order number
- An unboxing video recorded when you first opened the package
- Clear photos of:
- Any defect or issue with the item
- The wrong item, if applicable
- The size label and measurement photo (if sizing is the concern)
- The original shipping label on the package
When We’re Unable to Offer Refunds or Replacements
Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect personalization details submitted with the order (photo, name, dates, etc.)
- Change of mind or personal preference after production
- Claims without sufficient evidence
- Orders placed during promotional sales, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to appear.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
